Termite Post – Construction

Post-construction anti-termite treatment is generally required following the construction of a building, residence, or workplace.

Phase 1: Post-Construction Inspection

The professionals will conduct a complete inspection in the first step. The inspection is required to determine both the termite infestation and the point of attack.

Phase 2: Termite/White Ant Treatment

There are three steps that make up the post-construction anti-termite treatment: drilling, filling, and sealing.

  1. Drilling: In this technique, our specially skilled professionals will drill at the wall and floor junction above the shortening dado using a 12 MM diameter drilling beat, 300 MM apart. The angle of the drilling will be 45 degrees.
  2. Filling: In this technique, the termiticide or other approved chemical will be injected into the holes by our skilled professionals. A barrier is created by the termiticide between the solid and the house or building's structure. The termiticide that the worker termites are exposed to when they tunnel through the ground in quest of food not only is eaten but also adheres to their bodies. Through contact with the injured termite, this active component subsequently spreads to other termites in the colony.
  3. Sealing: Our executive team will use white cement to patch the holes after the termiticide has been successfully injected into them.
